I failed the $100 challenge (sort of, technically), but I think that I shared enough helpful information and how-to to help the new flipper make the best decisions for having a profitable flip. Using the pricing formula that I teach in my (free) Furniture Painting 101 Series, I will still net a profit of $124.30, if this pair sells for $199.99. Not bad if I say so myself.
